This policy explains what information Wolfnerd & Sons (“we”, “us”) collects on networkpluscourse.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account details: the name, email address and password you enter when you buy or sign in. Passwords are stored hashed, not in plain text.
- Billing details: name and billing address entered at checkout. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our server.
- Course progress: which lessons you’ve completed and your quiz and practice exam results, so the course can track your progress.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept by our host for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
To give you access to the Course, process payments and refunds, answer support requests, send account emails such as receipts and password resets, and keep the site secure. We don’t sell your information.
Who else handles it
- Stripe processes payments (Stripe privacy policy).
- HostGator hosts the website and its database.
- YouTube (Google) serves the embedded lesson videos and may set its own cookies when you play one (Google privacy policy).
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep you signed in and remember your checkout. Embedded YouTube videos may set Google cookies. We don’t run advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and course progress while your account exists, and payment records as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
You can update your details from your account page. To get a copy of your data or have your account deleted, email us and we’ll handle it within 30 days.
